I was suffering from ear pain, which was felt in the jaw too. I could not eat and chew. I went to many doctors and specialists i.e. ENT physicians, Oral Surgeons, Dental Surgeons etc. I was advised tooth removal and denture treatment also. I took ultra sound treatment sittings also, but it had no effect. Doctors said that it is incurable and even if it is cured the effects will be only 50-60% and can become bad at any time. But the pain in the ear and jaw did not subside. I took many pain killers and tried many other medications also. I was tired.
Then a relative of mine told me about BOWEN treatment. I went for it since then my pain has disappeared. I have also found relief in some other areas also. Now I am comfortable and happy. I was gently treated by Mrs. Freny C. Palia, Bowen Therapist.
I am truly happy with this magical treatment and would advice others also to go for it if they are facing any such situations

One of my vertebrae is enlarged and it seems it presses the nerves thus giving me pain in the lower back and legs. I have had this pain since I was a girl and it accentuated during menses. Now I am 51 years old and have tried everything possible and every therapy that anyone suggested.
Then I came across Bowen Therapy. I understand it is all about realignment of the nervous system and our body in general. I had my first session on March 6,2003. I had sessions regularly at weekly intervals and then a gap after 3 sessions. In the beginning, at the end of my sessions, I used to go out again with the back tilt and wondering whether this will make any difference, or just like other therapies. On April 22, 2003 I felt vigorous vibrations in my body. I could not express what was actually happening but I felt things going on in my body. A lot of strong movements within. After that I was amazed. Mornings were a great wakeup. No more out of shape painful mornings. I felt light, no pain, got up energetic.
It’s Feb 2004 and I again went for a set of maintenance sessions. I find myself fine and tend to say now, “I am cured”. At the slightest signs I go for a maintenance session and I know I am back on my feet.
I am very thankful to Freny Palia with whom I had these sessions and to Farida Irani her mentor with whom I had some sessions too in August 2003.
Bowen Therapy had no side effects and the sessions are not painful or harmful. They are just light movements on the nerves. I hope others would come forward to experience this and benefit from it.

Three years ago, I was operated for Breast Cancer (Stage II) and ever since then my arm has became numb. I had no feeling of touch. My arm and fingers were also swollen to such an extent that I could not even hold things or do work with that hand. I went for the Bowen treatment and in the first sitting only, I found the swelling going down gradually and the entire arm became light and the tensed muscles became soft. Now, there is no numbness in the hand at all. I was told by the doctors that the swelling would remain and that there was no remedy for it. But thanks to Bowen – it is doing wonder.
After, the operation, I was lopsided with one shoulder up and the other down. I could not even walk straight. I used to go Zig-Zag on the roads. I used to fall down on the roads, very often. In short, my body structure had gone out of shape. All that was set right in just the first sitting. I got back my balance and the body structure became straight and normal.
I feel so free and my temperament has become very cool. I have gained back my confidence with the help of Bowen.
The ailment had come to me as a blessing in disguise, because, if it were not for this, I would have never come to know about this wonderful technique.
